This is one of my favorite side dishes that I eat several times a week. It is organic, raw food, vegan, and delicious! Here's my secret recipe for a Super Cole Slaw:
- Organic green and red cabbage.
- Organic Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Organic cucumber sweet relish.
- Organic raisins.
- Organic peas, carrots, parsley.
- Organic red and/or maui onion.
- Organic Dijon mustard.
- Organic brown or yellow mustard seeds.
- Organic garlic.
- Organic lemon juice.
- Red Star nutritional yeast.
- Organic or Grape Seed Vegenaise. (Optional for a creamy style.)
- Lots of love.
- Mix. Refrigerate. Serve!
Vary the quantity of each ingredient as desired. No cooking involved. Most ingredients available at health food stores. This is easy to make and so healthy for you. Take it to a picnic or pot luck. Everyone will love it.
